Terms and Conditions for use of the United Kingdom web site of Woody's Importarium Ltd
Our commitment to you;
We will not debit your credit card account until your goods are ready to be shipped.
If your item is not in stock, we will back order it for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
For orders made from the UK or the European Union 17.5% VAT is included in our prices. All other orders will be VAT free.
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. The card number will be held safely and will be deleted from all our systems once the order has been processed.
We operate a no-quibble returns policy. If you are not satisfied simply return the goods in the condition in which they were delivered within 7 days and we will refund your money in full. Please note that all returned goods must be in as new condition with all packaging and materials. Please note we do not refund shipping costs unless the goods were delivered faulty or incorrectly. ** This excludes custom made or special order products that are subject to their own particular terms & conditions, eg. Cee Baileys Screens and other special order products. See product page for product specific details. **
We will always be honest and clear about delivery times and costs.
We will always inform you about the status of your order as it changes.

Purchase of products Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance in accordance with our Order Acceptance Policy and availability. If the Product you have ordered is not available from stock you will be contacted by e-mail and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order in accordance with our Cancellation Policy. Payment
Description Of Products
All prices are inclusive of VAT where appropriate at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering information. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus Shipping Charges. You will receive an electronic confirmation of our receipt of your order via e-mail. Payment can be made by any of the specified Payment Methods. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your Product. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Refusal Of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from the Web site at any time and/or remove, screen or edit any materials or content on the Web site We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time in our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from the Web site whether or not that Product has been sold; removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Web site; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. The eligibility to purchase Products on the Web site is limited to those parties who satisfy our Eligibility Criteria. Shipping & Returns
UK
- We offer cost effective UK delivery rates. Price vary from item to item depending on size and weight. You will see the relevant delivery rate in the shopping cart.
- Depending on the destination and size of the item we use Royal Mail, Parcelforce and somewhat less frequently UPS.
- Usually delivery takes 2-5 working days.
- We are able to ship to most countries but as shipping costs can vary considerably we recommend you contact us for a shipping estimate prior to placing your order.
- For international orders UK shipping costs will appear on your order when you check out however the correct delviery rate will appear on your invoice.
- We keep our exchange rates as up to date as possible but please note that the actual rate of exchange your credit card company uses to calculate the amount debited from your account will vary.
- If your goods have been damaged in transit, you should retain the packaging and inform us within 72 hours of receipt, giving as much information as possible. All damaged or faulty goods will be replaced with an equivalent product, or a full refund will be given.
- If the goods were faulty in manufacture or incorrectly supplied we will give a full refund.
- Some parts are built to order ( Screens for Example) to your specification. In these cases returns will only be considered for goods damaged in transit, faulty or incorrectly supplied.
- We reserve the right to apply a 3% restocking fee to returns that were correctly supplied.
General Intellectual Property And Right To Use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all material or content supplied as part of the Web site shall remain at all times vested in us or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorized by us or our licensors. You acknowledge and agree that the material and content contained within the Web site is made available for your personal non-commercial use only and that you may download such material and content onto only one computer hard drive for such purpose. Law
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
