How To Order

For your convenience, you can order safely and securely online using our state of the art On Line Ordering facility. Alternatively, you can phone or fax your order to us! (For the highest levels of security, we recommend that you place your order online!)

We also welcome orders from our European and International customers.

Our on line delivery costs are based on UK sales, but we are always happy to provide a very cost effective quote to Europe and the rest of the world. (Changes to delivery costs are handled by the 'Miscellaneous Payments' option within the web site.)

We can accept payment via any major credit/debit card, Bank Transfer, Cash, Cheque or Paypal. (For paypal payments, please email us with your order and we will mail you a paypal invoice) For security reasons, payment methods may vary depending on your country of order. What makes us different?

Quality, form, function & value are the standards by which we select every product. I have a very simple rule that I apply to every product that I sell. If I wouldn't be prepared to fit it to my own bike or use it myself, then I would not expect you to purchase it! If it doesn't make the grade, it doesn't get on the site. It's that simple:-)

Customer care is at the forefront of our mission statement.

All orders are processed by a person and not a computer.

We do not debit any payment instructions in advance of being able to dispatch an order.

If you do need to call us, you will speak with a real person and not some automated service! (Most times, it will be Ian or myself at the end of the phone)
