As an added bonus, if you run into trouble or if you need to get through to someone urgently, the radios "EMG" call function allows you to call all other G8 radios within range, regardless of what channels they are operating on.

They work on the license free PMR446 frequency, which also means the Cobra MT975 radios will work with other PMR446 radios.

With a dual watch facility the Cobra MT975 can monitor two separate frequency channels for voice activity at the same time.
