Our GSAdventure design mounts to the
existing mounting hardware on your GS1150 Adventure.
The shape & contour are similar to the stock
Adventure GS, but we incorporate the following
features:
3/16" thick Aircraft Grade
Acrylic
1 to 5" over stock height
Up to 4"wider than stock (2" on each
side)
4 tints in addition to clear-Green,
Bronze, light gray, dark gray
This
design incorporates the clean lines of the Adventure
stock windshield and offers a taller and wider than stock for
Adventure owners and for standard GS owners a whole new
comfort level.
For a standard 1150 GS, you must have the
mounting hardware from the Adventure. We are offering a
whole package including BMW factory hardware.
The standard Adventure windshield measures 16
1/2" from the lower cutout to the top of the shield and
16" wide at the base where your handlebars are. We can
get another 5" in height and 4" in width (top
area) over the stock adventure shield. This shield also comes
out 6" wider in the handlebar area than stock GS
offering even more protection.
