can also increase the height 50 additional millimeters per the OEM

This
is our eagerly anticipated windshield that we have been specially
designing based on years of comments and opinions of Vstrom riders.
After many trials, redesign and configurations, we are pleased to
launch this enhanced windshield, which many testers have reported to be
the “The Perfect Strom”.
The
development of this shield was intended for on-road use, for those
Stromtroopers who use their bikes as a daily commuter or an all purpose
street bike. Our goal was to manufacture a windshield that had all the
components for protection, i.e., good ram air protection, a quieter,
less- turbulent noise signature, and decent torso coverage that also
gives the passenger a more comfortable environment. Basically,
riders told us they wanted a windshield that had the protection
properties of a sport touring type windshield found on BMW
R1200RT’s, Yamaha FJR’s, Kawasaki Concours, etc. After numerous
re-designs, curvature tweaks, angle resets, etc., and rider comments
after each revision change, we are confident we have come up with the
best windshield product available for this bike. In fact, our final
radius curvature is loosely based on one of our jet canopy designs. All
windshields are custom made to order, and are manufactured from
aircraft grade acrylic.
The thickness
gage on this windshield is .187, and the windshield is available in
light gray tint, light green tint and clear(colorless). All
windshields are hand crafted, and edges are hand polished to a
brilliant luster. Minor scratches can be buffed out, ensuring a long
life for your windshield. All windshields are D.O.T. approved and are
laser etched with the appropriate approval codes. We manufacture four
