Our newly designed windshield for the 4 bolt 2005 F650GS is the perfect complement for enhanced wind protection on the new GS. This windshield does what the stock windshield cannot.....provide good torso protection and lifting the ram air to flow with your helmet. Our reverse contour gives the rider a comfortable cushion that is not present on the small, stock fly screen that comes stock on the new GS. This shield also fits the Dakar. The shield comes with 4 spacers and new hardware which provides more air to move through the trailing edge of the windshield, which lessens the noise signature and provides increased buffeting protection. The shields comes in 18", 20", 22" tall sizes, and all are measured from the bottom center to top center. The windshield was designed as a fairing, and most riders 5'5" and taller will be looking over the top of the shield, so your riding view is unintended from the shield. Hand crafted to order from .150 aircraft grade acrylic, and available in clear and tinted colors, predrilled and ready to install in less than 15 minutes.
